Window Live Wave 3 OEM Preinstallation Kit

The updated Windows Live OEM Preinstallation Kit (OPK) now includes Wave 3 QFE2 product performance enhancements, along with major updates to Windows Live Movie Maker and Windows Live Family Safety applications. Use the newly updated Windows Live OPK to deploy Windows Live onto new PCs. The OPK includes the installer application as well as instructions on how to silently install and configure Windows Live for customers.
