Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Deployment

Improve your ability to provide managed services for Windows Small Business Server (Windows SBS) 2003 R2. Practice installing, configuring, and managing a Windows SBS environment by downloading and completing these lab modules.

Lab Prerequisites

The Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 labs are conducted through Virtual PC 2007.

To complete the labs, you will need to create three virtualized computers:

Windows SBS 2003 R2 Premium Edition
Windows XP Professional SP2 for the remote computer
Windows XP Professional SP2 for the local workstation

The physical computer (host machine) must meet the following requirements:

Operating system: Windows XP Professional SP2 or Windows Vista
Memory: 2 GB minimum; 2.5 GB if using Windows Vista
Hard drive space: 15 GB free
Microsoft Loopback Adapter: Two installed
