System Builder Community

The forums are staffed weekdays to answer your questions about preinstallation of systems and applications:

  • All submissions and replies must be made in English.
  • Our goal is to provide a 48-hour response to all questions.

For post-installation questions, locate the product you have questions about in the Partner Online Technical Communities.

Using the System Builder Forum User Interface

The System Builder Forum page consists of three panes:

  • A left navigational pane allows users to see and navigate available topics in a tree structure format.
  • The right side is divided into two separate panes:
    • The left pane allows users to see and navigate the postings and replies in a list view.
    • The right pane will show the actual posting message and allows you to post new messages, post a reply to an existing message for all to view, reply to the sender by e-mail, and forward the posting by e-mail.
