As a system builder who sells new PCs with Works 9.0, you are required to preinstall the product, which allows end users to accept or reject the Microsoft Software License Terms (MSLT).

Works 9.0 Update 943290 Update 943290 resolves the error message that appears when you try to upgrade Works 9.0 or Works SE 9.0 to an upgrade version of a 2007 Microsoft Office suite. This update will enable Works 9.0 to be recognized as a qualifying product for the 2007 Microsoft Office Version Upgrade Product (sold as a retail product only).
