Windows Update for Incorrect Display of Microsoft Software License Terms in Windows Vista
When viewing the Microsoft Software License Terms during the Windows Welcome process, the wrong End User Software License Terms may be displayed or the End User Software License Terms may be displayed in the incorrect language. This problem occurs only after you configure Windows Vista to use a language other than the language that was set when you installed Windows Vista.

Error Resolution: Windows Vista Hotfix Now Available An update for Windows Vista that resolves this issue is now available. This hotfix can be applied to all language versions of Windows Vista. For convenience, updates for both 64-bit and 32-bit architectures of Windows Vista can be downloaded together in one zipped file.

Preinstallation Information

After downloading the update above, unzip the file to obtain the 2 separate Windows Vista updates for 64-bit and 32-bit architectures. To add this update to an existing image of Windows Vista in an unattended manner, include the /quiet /norestart switches similar to the following example for 32-bit systems:

Windows6.0-KB931969-x86.msu /quiet /norestart
