Windows Home Server Power Pack 1 Product Support Training Course

The one-hour Windows Home Server Power Pack 1 Product Support Training Course provides self-study training for OEM support professionals responsible for supporting customers running Windows Home Server with Power Pack 1.

The Power Pack 1 update includes a rollup of all the fixes and improvements that have been made for Windows Home Server since it launched. The update will also introduce several new features.

Windows Home Server Power Pack 1 Highlights

  • The 64-bit Client Connector software is now available.
  • The Shared Folders and Backup database used by Windows Home Server are automatically backed up to a separate drive.
  • A repair utility can help the backup database recover from problems.
  • The Remote Access Web page now can display photos as thumbnails.
